Who we are

Cugini Woodworking is a job assignment and tracking application designed for businesses. The app is managed by an administrator account provided by your organization. There is no public sign-up for employees: administrators create employee accounts and provide credentials.

Information we collect

We collect the following types of information to provide the app's functionality:

• Account information: employee name, email address, username and password provided by the admin.
• Job data: job title, description, assigned dates/times, status (upcoming, ongoing, completed), checklists and job-related notes.
• Customer feedback: ratings, comments and other feedback entered by employees or customers during job workflows.
• Digital signatures: images or data captured to confirm delivery or receipt as part of job completion.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports and analytics data to help improve the app.
• Optional media: photos or files uploaded as part of job documentation when the admin or employee attaches them to a job.

How we use information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage employee accounts (admin-created credentials).
• To assign, display and track jobs across Upcoming, Ongoing and Completed sections.
• To enable checklists, collect customer feedback and capture digital signatures.
• To debug and improve the app, analyse usage patterns, and monitor performance and crashes.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

Data sharing and disclosure

We will not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With your organization: Admins and other authorized personnel from the organization that uses Cugini Woodworking will have access to data required to run and monitor jobs.
• Service providers: Third-party service providers that perform functions on our behalf (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) and who are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

If an admin requests deletion of an employee account, we will remove the account and associated personal data from active systems in accordance with the organization's request and applicable law. Some data may remain in backups for a reasonable period.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
